Spa Policies

First Time Clients
If you are a first time client please arrive at least 15min prior to your scheduled appointment in order to fill out our client health form. If you are pregnant, have diabetes or any other illness please notify us when booking. Note: if your appointment is first thing in the morning, you do not need to arrive early.

Cancellations
24hrs notice is required to cancel individual appointments, less than 24hrs* notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

48hrs notice is required for mutli bookings (two or more people), spa packages and/or IPL Treatments. less than 48hrs* notice will result in 100% of the appointment cost.

Frequent cancellers will have to pay in advance. This payment is non-refundable.

No Shows
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Frequent no shows will have to pay in advance. This payment is non-refundable.

Late arrivals
Please arrive on time, if you arrive late we will have to shorten your scheduled service(s) to accommodate. If you arrive late for almost or more than half of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and will have to be rescheduled. We strive to stay on time with our appointments, it would not be fair to be late with the next appointment because YOU were late to yours.

Children
We do accept children here at J esthetics but they must be able to sit quietly on their own for the duration of your appointment. Children are curious, they play with things, touch things, this is in their nature so really the Spa is not a place for children under 12. There are sharp instruments, poisonous chemicals and hot surfaces where children can hurt themselves if not being fully watched. Any disruptions will result in you being asked to leave so please arrange childcare. Children under 12 can receive treatments but have to be accompanied by an adult.

Appointment Reminders
We send out appointment reminders 72hrs in advance by email only, please sign up for this service when you arrive at the Spa. We do not make reminder calls, if you do not sign up to our convenient email reminders then we highly suggest writing down your appointment and keep it somewhere safe. Remembering your appointment is your responsibility (even if you are signed up to the email reminders).
